Store Policies

Layaway

We offer a 30/60/90 day Layaway Plan for most items. We require a one third initial deposit. Alterations and adjustments, such as sizing will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will receive an in-store credit for monies received.

Returns & Exchanges

Any unaltered purchase made from current stock may be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund or merchandise credit. Altered stock, special orders or custom made orders are not refundable or returnable for merchandise credit. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit with fifteen (15) days of original purchase.

Point of Sale Valuation

Along with your new Arthur Groom & Co. purchase we can provide a Point of Sale Valuation for insurance purposes at no additional cost to you.
